1. Orders

How do I place an order?
Browse through our collections, select the items you want, add them to your cart, then proceed through checkout by entering your shipping details, choosing a payment method, and confirming your order.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support immediately. If the order hasn’t yet been shipped, we will try to accommodate your request.

2. Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment secure?
Yes, all transactions are encrypted and handled via secure payment gateways. We do not store sensitive card data unprotected.

3. Shipping & Delivery

How long until my order is shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods, it may take a bit longer.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — Gadgeni offers free worldwide shipping (unless otherwise noted) to all customers.

Estimated delivery times
Delivery time depends on destination and local postal services. Most orders arrive between 7 and 30 business days. Typical domestic shipments fall between 10 and 20 business days. Remote locations or customs processing can cause further delays.

How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s progress.

What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is confirmed lost, we will either resend your items or issue a full refund following an investigation. For delays, we will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue.

4. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your package if the item is unused, in original condition, and includes all original packaging, accessories, and tags. Some items (perishable, personalized, downloadable products) cannot be returned.

How do I make a return?

  1. Contact our customer support, providing your order number, item, and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions (address, shipping method). Do not return items before authorization.

Who pays return shipping costs?
Returns due to our error (defective, incorrect item, damaged) are covered by Gadgeni. For other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged. Contact us with details and we’ll assist you with an exchange.

Are all products new?
Yes, all products sold are new and inspected before shipment. If there is a fault or discrepancy, our return policy applies.

Is there a warranty?
Warranty terms vary depending on the product and manufacturer. For defects covered under warranty, contact us with product details and we will assist.

Do I need an account?
No, you may checkout as a guest. However, creating an account gives you easier access to order history, saved addresses, and faster checkouts in the future.
